The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Autumn 2025 edition – will be held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product categories.

Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, complete immigration and baggage claim formalities. Meet our representative in the arrival hall (details will be shared three days prior) for your transfer to Guangzhou via bus, speed train, or coach. Upon arrival in Guangzhou, check in to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Guangzhou.
Begin your day with a breakfast at the hotel, then proceed to the Fair Complex via the shuttle bus service. Spend the day exploring the 138th Canton Fair, engaging with exhibitors, discovering new products, and networking with industry professionals. Please note that lunch will be on your own.
In the evening, return to the hotel via the shuttle bus service. Our tour guide will accompany the group to dinner at the Hilton. Afterward, return to the hotel for a restful overnight stay, preparing for the next day's activities.
Note: An optional half-day city tour is available for those interested. Participants can attend the Canton Fair in the morning, have lunch independently, and then join the city tour in the afternoon. Alternatively, the city tour can be attended on Day 3.

Following the tour, it's time to head to the airport.
Our representative will assist with your luggage and ensure a smooth transfer to Hong Kong International Airport. The drive offers a final glimpse of the city’s vibrant streets, giving you time to reflect on your memorable trip.
Arrive at the airport with ample time to complete check-in and security procedures before your flight.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
