Arrive at Sydney International Airport. After immigration and baggage collection, meet our representative at the arrival hall. Transfer to the hotel by airport shuttle. After check-in and some rest, attend the Orientation Tour followed by an Indian dinner with fellow delegates. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day guided Sydney city tour, covering major landmarks such as Darling Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach, The Rocks, and a guided visit to the Sydney Opera House. Later, enjoy a scenic Sydney Harbour Cruise. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy a delicious Indian dinner. Overnight stay in Sydney.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day tour to the world-famous Blue Mountains. Enjoy scenic views and photo stops at Echo Point and the iconic Three Sisters Rock formation. Visit the charming town of Leura, known for its boutique shops and cafes. Later, explore Featherdale Wildlife Park to encounter Australian animals like kangaroos, koalas, and emus. On the way back, pass by the Sydney Olympic Park. In the evening, enjoy an Indian dinner and overnight stay in Sydney.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your economy class flight to Melbourne. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and complete check-in. Later, proceed for a guided Melbourne city tour covering major attractions. In the evening, enjoy an Indian dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day Melbourne city tour, visiting Federation Square, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Flinders Street Station, and Queen Victoria Market. Lunch will be on your own. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy an Indian dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for another full-day Melbourne excursion covering additional attractions and leisure time. Lunch will be on your own. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy an Indian dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your economy class flight to Gold Coast. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and complete check-in. Later, enjoy a half-day city tour of Gold Coast or visit one of the popular theme parks. In the evening, return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Gold Coast.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided Gold Coast city tour covering key attractions. Later, enjoy an exciting visit to one of the famous Gold Coast theme parks. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy an Indian dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Proceed for a guided Brisbane city tour, exploring major highlights of the city. Later, transfer to the airport for your return flight.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
