The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Autumn 2025 edition – will be held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product categories.

Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, proceed through immigration and claim your baggage. Meet our representative in the arrival hall (details will be shared three days prior to arrival) for your transfer to the hotel via AC Coach or shuttle. After completing check-in, take some time to freshen up or rest. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then check out and proceed for a Hong Kong City Tour (including Peak Tram) by AC coach. Lunch will be on your own during the tour. After completing the city tour, transfer to Guangzhou by AC coach including border crossing and immigration formalities. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Guangzhou.

Spend the entire day exploring the 138th Canton Fair, where you will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of exhibitors, discover new products, and network with industry professionals. Please note that lunch will be on your own.
In the evening get back to Hotel via Shuttle Bus service, our Tour Guide will join and accompany to Dinner at Hilton.
Return to the hotel for a restful overnight stay and be ready to continue your exciting journey the following day.

Note: An optional half-day city tour is available for those interested. Participants can attend the Canton Fair in the morning, have lunch independently, and then join the city tour in the afternoon. Alternatively, the city tour can be attended on Day 6.

After the event, proceed to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy a delightful dinner and relax with an overnight stay in Hong Kong.
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to the Global Sources Show / Mega Show to explore business opportunities and engage with leading suppliers. Lunch will be on your own at the venue.
After a productive day, return to the hotel for dinner and unwind with an overnight stay in Hong Kong.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, pack your belongings and complete the check-out formalities. Proceed for a half-day visit to the Global Sources Show, making the most of your final networking and sourcing opportunities with global suppliers and exhibitors.
After the visit, you will be transferred to Hong Kong International Airport for your return journey. Upon arrival at the airport, our representative will assist you with luggage handling and ensure a smooth transition. You will have ample time to complete all check-in, immigration, and security procedures before your flight.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
