Flights and Hotels Confirmation Policy
Flights and hotel rates are dynamic and subject to change at any time.
Full payment in advance is mandatory to confirm all bookings.

Any part payment or token amount sent towards booking does not guarantee confirmation of flights or hotels until the full payment has been received and acknowledged.

Prepone Or Postpone Travel Dates Policy
In case a guest wishes to prepone or postpone their travel dates, they must inform us at least 15 days prior to the journey date via E-mail only at the time of Booking was used. Requests sent through WhatsApp, SMS or other messaging platforms will not be considered valid.

Post-Booking Itinerary & Hotel Change Policy
After final booking confirmation, any request for itinerary changes must be communicated only through official email. Requests or confirmations via WhatsApp or any other messaging platforms will not be accepted.
Hotel change or replacement requests will strictly depend on the individual hotel&rsquos cancellation and modification policy, subject to availability and applicable charges.

Hotel & Room Upgradation Policy
Hotel or room upgradation requests are strictly subject to availability. Any upgrade will be chargeable on an additional cost basis as per the prevailing hotel tariff and the booked hotel&rsquos upgrade policy.

Airport Pick-Up Waiting Time

Airport pickup waiting time will be up to 30&ndash40 minutes from the time of flight landing.
In case of delays beyond this due to immigration, baggage claim, or customs, guests must inform the local contact immediately.
Any additional waiting may attract extra charges or may result in &ldquono show&rdquo.

Local SIM / Mandatory Internet Connectivity

Local SIM card assistance can be provided on request, subject to destination availability and local regulations.
SIM card charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.

Hotel Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Standard check-in and check-out times will strictly follow hotel policy.
Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends entirely on hotel availability and policy.
For late departure flights, late check-out is not included and will be chargeable directly by the hotel, subject to availability.

Punctuality for Tours & Transfers

Guests are requested to be ready 10&ndash15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
During sightseeing or activity transfers, guests must be present at the hotel lobby or designated pickup point before time.
After completing activities or sightseeing, guests must reach the designated meeting/parking area on time as informed by the driver/guide.
Delays from guest side may result in cancellation of services without refund.

No Show Policy

In case of No Show (guest not present at pickup point on time), no refund will be provided.
No additional transfers will be arranged in such cases.

SIC Transfers &ndash Terms & Conditions

SIC (Seat in Coach) transfers are shared services.
Pick-up and drop-off timing may vary as per routing and passenger schedule.
Waiting time is limited. Delays by any passenger may affect the entire group schedule.
No refund for missed SIC tours or transfers due to late arrival by the guest.

Private Vehicle &ndash Terms & Conditions

Private vehicles are for airport transfers or point-to-point services only as per booking.
Any extra usage, waiting, or route change will be chargeable.
Driver will follow the planned schedule only and is not responsible for guest delays.

Disposable Car (4 Hours / 8 Hours) Policy

4 Hours / 8 Hours disposable car usage is limited strictly to booked duration.
Usage beyond booked hours will be charged as per local vehicle rates.
The car is not for long-distance or outstation travel unless specifically booked.

City Tours & Photo Stop Policy

During city tours (3&ndash4 hours duration), photo stops will be provided only for 15 to 50 minutes at major sightseeing attractions.
Extended time at any site depends on vehicle availability and will be charged extra.
Entry tickets to monuments and attractions are not included unless specified.

Sightseeing Tickets & Activity Policy

All sightseeing and activity tickets are based on pre-booked time slots.
Delays in reporting for activities may lead to cancellation without refund.
Once booked, tickets are generally non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Ticket Time Slot Restrictions

Activities and attractions operate with strict time slots.
Guests must report at least 20 minutes before their booked time slot.
Time slot changes are not guaranteed and fully depend on the activity operator.

No Show on Activities & Tours

In case of no show for any sightseeing or activity, the amount paid will be non-refundable.
Missed activities due to guest delay will not be re-arranged.

Last Day / Late Flight Policy

For guests having late night or early morning flights on the last day, hotel checkout will still follow standard checkout timings as per hotel policy.
Late check-out or extra room hours will be charged separately.
